According to a report in Mothership Singapore, the news was announced by Portugal’s Football Federation on its website recently.
No symptoms but isolated for now
The federation said the 35-year-old player had no symptoms but is currently undergoing isolation.
Due to this, Ronaldo’s mates from the Portugal squad have also been tested, but luckily everyone tested negative.
The report also said Ronaldo will miss the Uefa Nations League game against Sweden and will also likely miss the Champions League group stage opening game away to Dynamo Kiev.
