It's never too young to teach children about compassion and to love one another.

These pair of siblings proved exactly that.

Made with love

Ryan Kok Yik Lerk and Emma Rose Kok may just be 11 and 10 respectively, but they've already shown that they have great care and compassion for others.

According to a report by Malay Mail, the duo from Subang Jaya organised a bake sale and managed to raise a total of RM2,419 in aid of the children from the Children’s Wish Society of Malaysia (CWS).

Such a sweet duo.
Ryan told the news portal that his role is to bake chocolate chiffon cakes while his sister helped with the designing of the 'thank you' cards for the cakes.

“My sister and I have been baking for the past two weeks. We feel tired but happy at the same time.

“We are excited as we can contribute (to charity) even though we are just children.

“I never expected that I could raise above RM2,000. In the beginning, I only expected to raise RM50 so I feel very thankful,” Ryan told Malay Mail.

The siblings presented a mock cheque to the non-governmental organisation recently.

They even brought extra cakes to the frontliners.
Ryan, a student from SJKC Tun Tan Cheng Lock, told the news portal that he was inspired to organise the bake sale after watching Emma donating her hair for charity.

He started his bake sale in December and together with Emma's help, they sold more than 300 cakes in total after orders poured in from various neighbourhoods across Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.

Their parents must be so proud of them. Well done, you guys!
