Tik Tok users are getting more creative with their content.

Recently, a Singaporean man used the platform to announce to his followers that he had hid SG$1,000 (RM3,094) at an MRT station in the republic.

The user, Luke Goh, also said that he will return in three days to the same spot to check if the money was still there.

"I'm coming back in three days to see if someone finds it," he said in the clip.

His announcement resulted in Singaporeans heading to the MRT station to search for the stash.

According to a report by Malay Mail quoting Shin Min Daily News, after the clip went viral, at least seven people were seen gathering at Tampines MRT station to search for the money.

The report said some spent three hours searching for it but went home empty-handed.

More "treasure" hunts

Upon Goh's return as promised there days later, he claimed that he only found SG$2 (RM6.19) at the spot that he left it.

Next, Goh announced that he hid another stash of SG$1,000 beside a bus interchange in Singapore.

It looks like he's going to keep doing this, guys.

Hopefully, it isn't a scam just to get people to follow his account.

If you've actually found money hidden by Goh, hit us up. We'd like to hear from you.
