Your home toilet is supposed to be a safe haven where you can just be yourself and let go.

Unfortunately for a university student in Thailand, it turned out to be hell.

A snake attack

Poor boy.
The story started when Siraphop Masukar wanted to relieve himself in the toilet at home, which is located in Nonthaburi, Thailand.

It was a usual visit to the toilet, except this time, he felt some pain in his penis - and not the kind where, you know....

Anyway, according to Daily Mirror, he looked down to see his 'snake' having a tussle with a real snake.

“I was using the toilet but a few moments after I sat down, I suddenly felt pain in my penis.

“I looked down and saw there was a snake hanging in the toilet. Then there was blood everywhere,” he told the news portal.

Yep, that's a real snake alright.
Naturally, in that situation, he ran out in panic with his pants still around his ankles and the snake still hanging onto his penis.

The 18-year-old managed to get the snake to let go of his 'snake' by slamming the toilet door on it.

When animal control arrived at his apartment, the snake was found still coiled up in the toilet bowl.

Catching the real snake.
The teenager's mother managed to calm him down before paramedics rushed him to the Bang Yai Hospital for treatment.

As a result of the 'battle', poor Siraphop received four stitches on his penis.

That sounds extremely painful.

Siraphop's mother told the news portal that she did not know how the snake got into her house, but she was thankful that it wasn't a venomous phython that bit her son's crown jewels.

“I know the snake really hurt my son but I’m relieved it was only a non-venomous python. If it was a cobra, he would be dead,” she was quoted as saying.

BRB, we're gonna check if there are any hidden snakes in our toilet.
