If you want your child to break a national record, start 'em young!

A group of young children just showed us how big of a loser we are by etching their names in the Malaysia Book of Records.
The children, made up of 620 preschool and primary school students from Johor Bahru, set the record for the ‘Most Number of People Playing the Ukelele Instrument’.
The record was set when they performed at the Grownce Ukelele Festival held at the Educity Stadium over the weekend, according to The Star Online.
The news portal reported that the children, aged between four and 12, took four months to learn how to play the ukelele.
The budding musicians played three songs at the event: "Little Tiger", "Mary Had A Little Lamb" and "Muafakat Johor".
After making sure the children had fulfilled all the criteria, a Malaysia Book of Records representative handed over the record plaque to the organiser of the festival, education agency Grownce.
Way to go, little buddies!
Oh, in case you were wondering, the world record for the most number of people playing the ukelele at the same time is 8,000, which was set back in 2008 in Hong Kong.
