Last month, the police revealed the full list of items seized from Datuk Seri Najib Razak and Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor's home.
It is now widely known around the world as the biggest raid in Malaysian history, which included more than 12,000 pieces of jewellery (read: 2,800 earrings, 2,200 rings, 2,100 bracelets, 1,600 brooches and 14 tiaras).

Until today, we still cannot fully grasp that amount.
Despite that shocking number of bling bling, some of them were reportedly not purchased.
Out of the 12,000 pieces, a consignment of 44 of them, comprising a tiara, diamond necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings, were sent to Rosmah from a Lebanese jeweller in February for viewing purposes.
Unfortunately, those pieces that technically didn't belong to her, were confiscated along with the rest of her precious jewels.
So now, somebody has to pay for them. No points for guessing who that somebody is.
According to The Star, Global Royalty Trading SAL, which is part of Samer Halimeh's empire, reportedly filed a legal suit against Rosmah over the "missing" jewellery.
The company wants the 44 items, which amounts to USD14,787,770 (RM60mil), to be returned.
The items are currently seized under the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
"As far as our client is concerned, whoever wants to seize the goods is fine, but someone has to pay for them. We would have to claim the amount from Rosmah," Global Royalty lawyer Datuk David Gurupatham said.
Samer Halimeh is a renowned jeweller with boutiques in New York, London, Riyadh and Cannes. There is also one outlet here in Malaysia, located at the Starhill Gallery in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
Some of the jeweller's most exclusive clients include Oprah Winfrey, Angelina Jolie, Elton John, Naomi Campbell and our very own Rosmah Mansor.
Not sure if that last one will last long.
