UK Man Spends RM650,000 On Plastic Surgery To Look Like BTS’ Jimin
We all know how K-pop has grown in influence not only in Asia, but also in European countries.
Some fans are so fanatic that they strive to look like their favourite K-pop stars, and would do anything to achieve their dreams.
Oli London is one such man.
According to Daily Mail, the Caucasian British man had several surgeries in an attempt to look like Jimin, one of the singers from the popular Korean boyband BTS.
In fact, to date, he has reportedly spent over RM651,641 to alter his looks.
This is how he looks like after the surgery:
“Basically, BTS debuted in 2013 and I was actually living in Korea at the time, and I was watching some TV and BTS performed and I was just amazed by all of them.
“I want my entire lifestyle to revolve around K-pop and I want my entire look to look like Jimin because for me he is perfection, his jaw shape, his lips his voice, everything,” he was quoted as saying.
He told the news portal that he had surgeries in Korea because it's the best in the world for plastic surgery.
Oli reportedly had five surgeries with Dr Yun Chang Woon at View Plastic Surgery assisted by Medictel Korea, with the procedures including rhinoplasty, alarplasty, mandible angle reduction (v line jaw surgery), zygoma reduction (cheek bone reduction), and genioplasty with Tosteotomy (chin contouring).
Oli is also so obsessed with the Korean culture that he has even started his own K-Pop music career and released the song and music video called “Perfection”.
“My life has completely changed, so I am able to release a K-Pop music video, which I never dreamed would happen, so it's like a dream come true,” he explained.
