You Can Soon Make Group Video Calls On WhatsApp

As Malaysians, WhatsApp is probably an integral part of our lives as almost everyone has the app and honestly, that’s how we communicate with each other on a daily basis.

Ever since group chats were introduced, working and connecting with old friends or your extended family is made easier (and let’s face it, sometimes annoying too).

Soon, you’ll be able to send more than just a message, a voice note, a video, or a photo to the group chat.

That's because WhatsApp is planning to roll out a new feature: group video call.

Don't know if this will be a good thing or even a more annoying thing.

It is unsure how many group members can participate in the video call at one point but one’s thing’s for sure, four members are more than sufficient based on the video presentation by WhatsApp director Mubarik Imam as reported by The Verge.

Also, we have no word yet on when this new feature will be launched.

Stickers are like the bane of online communication's existence.

Besides group video call, the messaging app also plans to follow the footsteps of other apps such as Line and WeChat by introducing stickers

Well guys, the moment has come. We don’t know if this group video call thing will be a blessing or a disaster for those who hate group chats.
