We understand how annoying it can be when your telco or Wi-Fi service slows down or create unwarranted problems despite the company’s promises and also the hefty price tag you pay for their so-called great service.

And to add salt to wound, your complaints are often overlooked and your calls aren’t getting through their customer service hotline.

You guys are so cancelled.
Well those days are over as the ‘father’ of all of these companies are now taking in complaints directly on their Twitter account.

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has set up a Twitter account called skmm_mcmc_react with the Twitter handle @McmcReact to “attend complaints and questions for the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission on Twitter.”

The account aims to respond to your complaints and take appropriate action, according to their bio.

BRB, tweeting them now.
To make a complaint, simply tweet to @McmcReact along with details such as the provider company, your location, or any other relevant information.

If you have a lengthy complaint, it’s best to file it via their website aduan.skmm.gov.my or alternatively contact their helpline at 1800-18-8030 or WhatsApp 016-2206262.

A quick check on their Twitter indicates that they have begun responding to queries and complaints.

So if your telco don’t want to reply you, hurry, go and tweet @McmcReact now!
