In a light-hearted post on Threads, a ZUS barista shared how her job scope involves not only making drinks for customers, but also helping them apologise to their partners through handwritten notes.

The barista later shared photos showing how she not only printed the note and pasted it onto the cup, but also personally wrote messages on the packaging.
“I’m sorry, my lady, for stressing you and scolding you. This won’t happen again. I always love you,” the note reads.
The barista clarified that she was in a rush and couldn’t fix the customer’s grammar in the note.
Other F&B workers jumped on the bandwagon
The post has since garnered attention from other social media users. While some praised the barista’s effort, especially for taking the time to handwrite the note despite being busy, others joked that ZUS Coffee should consider hiring poets to handle this ‘new job scope.’
