9 Upcoming K-pop Concerts Happening In Malaysia This Year

We may just be wrapping up the month of January, but it already looks like the rest of the year is shaping up to be an exciting one for K-pop fans in Malaysia.

From group acts to solo performances, here’s a list of the upcoming K‑pop concerts in 2026.

1. TXT

BIGHIT MUSIC’s five‑member boy group, TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT), has announced that they will be performing in Kuala Lumpur on 14 February, 2026, as part of their ACT: Tomorrow Asia tour. The tour follows the release of their eighth studio album, The Star Chapter: Together.

TXT debuted on 4 March, 2019, with members Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Hueningkai. Since then, they have made a name for themselves by winning multiple awards, including Best Performance (Daesang) at the 32nd Hanteo Music Awards in February 2025.

2. ATEEZ

Back in 2025, ATEEZ performed in Malaysia for the first time at the K‑Pop Masterz 2025 concert in KL. This year, however, the group—known for songs like Guerrilla and Halazia—will be headlining their own concert on 22 March.

ATEEZ debuted on 24 October, 2018, with their first mini album, Treasure EP.1: All to Zero. The group consists of eight members: Seonghwa, Hongjoong, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung and Jongho.

3. Monsta X

Starship Entertainment’s boy group Monsta X is set to perform at Mega Star Arena, KL, on 28 March, 2026. This concert marks the group’s return to Malaysia after last performing here in 2019 as part of their We Are Here tour.

Aside from Kuala Lumpur, the tour—titled The X: Nexus—also includes cities such as Bangkok, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Taipei and Macau.

At the time of writing, ticketing details, including prices and seating plans, have yet to be announced.

4. CHEN

EXO‑Ls rejoice, as CHEN is scheduled to make a solo appearance in Kuala Lumpur on 29 March at ZEPP KL as part of his Arcadia Tour.

CHEN, a member of SM Entertainment boy group EXO, will also be performing in cities such as Taipei, Yokohama, Jakarta, Manila and Macau before arriving in KL.

The soloist, whose birth name is Kim Jong‑dae, is well known for his powerful vocals. Some of his popular tracks include K‑drama OSTs such as Everytime (Descendants of the Sun) and For You (Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo).

5. IVE

After last performing in Malaysia in 2024, six‑member girl group IVE is set to return to Kuala Lumpur on 4 April, 2026.

The group—comprising Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Wonyoung, Liz and Leeseo—debuted on December 1, 2021, with their first single album, ELEVEN. Since then, they have won numerous accolades, including 10 MAMA Awards, 13 Melon Music Awards and 11 Golden Disc Awards.

6. Taeyong

Another soloist from a popular K‑pop boy group is set to perform in Kuala Lumpur.
Taeyong, the leader of NCT, has announced his first‑ever solo Asia tour. Much to the delight of local Czennies, he will be performing on 11 April, 2026, at Idea Live Arena, KL.

In addition to Kuala Lumpur, Taeyong will also be performing in cities such as Seoul, Jakarta, Yokohama, Macau and Bangkok.

7. TREASURE

As part of their Pulse On Tour, YG Entertainment boy group TREASURE will be performing live at Axiata Arena, KL, on 30 May, 2026.

The concert marks the 10‑member group’s return to Malaysia after last performing here as part of their Relay tour in 2024.

8. EXO

While one EXO member will be performing solo in Kuala Lumpur this March, the group itself will also be bringing its explosive energy to a local stage later this year.

As part of their EXhOrizon tour, EXO will be performing at the National Hockey Stadium in Bukit Jalil on 20 June, 2026. Ticket prices and seating details have yet to be announced.

EXO debuted on April 8, 2012, under SM Entertainment with their first mini album, MAMA. The upcoming concert will mark their first group appearance in Malaysia since 2019. Aside from Kuala Lumpur, the group is also set to perform in cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, Osaka, Singapore and Indonesia.

9. BTS

Perhaps one of the most anticipated K‑pop concerts of the year, global supergroup BTS will be performing not one, but two nights in Kuala Lumpur.

The seven‑member group—RM, Jin, Suga, J‑Hope, Jimin, Taehyung (V) and Jungkook—is scheduled to perform on 12 & 13 December, 2026. The venue has yet to be announced.
