#1 Rizalman For Zalora

This man needs no further introduction in the local fashion scene. Datuk Rizalman has decades of experience dressing up celebrities and even royal families all over the world.

His partnership with Zalora this year was taken to new heights with his Jaipur-inspired collection. The man brought Rajashtan, India to us without the need to get on a plane through his immaculate pieces which are a hybrid of Malay and Bollywood influences.

#2 dUCk Scarves

This luxury brand has always been on the Raya radar for hijabistas and dUCKies ever since the brand was launched four years ago. Following their successful Raya campaign last year (which used Alhambra and Islamic art as inspirations), this year, they’ve come up with a new range of Eid hijabs inspired by something we often see but don’t always take notice of while eating our kuih rayas – doily paper.

The scarf features intricate geometrical patterns from the doily and comes in two forms – the square and the shawl.

#3 Lubna

If you’re the type of gal who loves something simple, appeasing to the eyes and most importantly, won’t break the bank, then you’ll fall in love with Lubna.

Their collection is super affordable that we’re contemplating on getting two or three outfits from them for Hari Raya. From plains to prints and also a myriad of options for mix and match, Lubna’s outfits are also highly wearable as daily wear.

#4 NH by Nurita Harith

Clean lines, sophisticated lace and a balance of pastel and dark colours dominate Nurita Harith’s 2018 raya collection. We love the little details on each piece, especially the pleats, which will undoubtedly give the wearer a more refined and demure look.

One thing that really caught our eye from Petra this year is their super gorgeous prints and silhouettes! Their chic pieces will definitely make you stand out in your family’s annual Hari Raya photoshoot and trust us, you’ll be turning heads at open houses!

#6 Mimpi Kita

We’ve been a fan of Mimpi Kita for quite some time, and we’re really happy to see how beautiful their Raya collection is this year. They’ve got a play of custom-made prints mimicking floral and geometrical patterns on a palette of soft pastel colours in classical and modern silhouettes that won’t go out of style.

#7 Pieces by Raeesa

Batik lovers, this is one homegrown brand you should keep a close eye on. Each piece of garment is design with customised and hand drawn batik prints with an array of eye-catching colours to suit your cup of tea.

Batik can be quite tricky and messy through our experience, but we can vouch that her quality of canting is pretty much spot on and neat.
