A Kedah restaurant worker recently received an order that he won’t quite forget for the rest of his life.

The order through a food delivery company was just for three nasi kandar.

However, the description for the order was as long as an ‘essay’, as Mohd Sharil Hizam Ab Razak can attest.

Please don't be this kind of customer

Mohd Sharil Hizam was seen in a Tik Tok video, reading out the descriptions for two nasi kandar ayam goreng and one nasi kandar kari kambing orders.

“This is my first time getting an ‘essay’ for only three nasi kandar orders,” he said.

“The customer who ordered the nasi kandar kari kambing wanted a few pieces of chicken breast with it. How is that even possible?

“So I can’t cater to adding the chicken pieces to the dish.

“Plus even for the other nasi kandar order, there was a long list for the ‘kuah’ as the customer wanted it to be spicy, ‘banjir’ and so on,” he said.

Mohd Sharil, who works in Restoran Mee Razak, said he tried his best to satisfy the customer’s order specially to meet the requirements for the various kinds of gravy or kuah.

Netizens who watched the video sympathised with Mohd Sharil and suggested food delivery applications to limit the number of words for customers to fill in their orders.

Can food delivery companies out there consider this?
