Malaysia Airlines' New App Will Be Your New Best Friend
You know the saying: 'There's an app for everthing'?
Well, Malaysia Air Berhad (MAB) hopes that their brand new app will be able to give their users everything.
The local airline recently introduced MHassistant, an app that will function as Malaysia's local hospitality hub.
The app’s objective is to be a 'travel partner', providing customers with access to great deals and travel benefits from flight ticket purchases, food vouchers, shopping, tour packages, accommodation and many more.
Astro Awani quoted MAB group chief marketing and customer experience officer Lau Yin May as saying that the airline intends to bring all hospitality players into a single eco-system.
“We want to focus on building memorable experiences for our guests at every touchpoint, not just on Malaysia Airlines, but for their entire experience in Malaysia.”
The app is available for download now on the Apple Store and Google Play.
Not just that, Lau said that they will also launch another app called MHholidays, an app to provide passengers a seamless experience in planning their holidays.
Since the launch of the 'Malaysian Hospitality' campaign last year, various efforts have been made by MAB to enrich its services for customer satisfaction and overall customer experience.
Among the emhancement exercises done include an improved web pages, enhanced app speed and the a renovated Golden Lounge with Malaysia's contemporary and luxurious elements.
MAB also signed a partnership with Expedia, Grab and Maxis last week to offer benefits to MHexplorer customers.
MHexplorer is an application to assist students travelling abroad by giving them discounts, extra baggage allowances and complimentary date changes.
