If you've always wanted to own a piece of memorabilia previously owned by your favourite celebrity or athlete, here's your chance to do so.

Malaysia's top athletes and personalities have joined forces with mobile classified marketplace, Carousell, to raise fund to help single parents.

This Merdeka month, the famous personalities - supermodel Amber Chia, Mixed Martial Arts athlete Ann Osman, motorsport athlete Leona Chin, squash superstar Nicole Ann David, gymnast Farah Ann, diver Leong Mun Yee and cyclist Josiah Ng - will be selling their prized possessions on Carousell.

On sale this week: Ann Osman's belongings.
So, what can you actually buy from these personalities? Well, you can own clothes worn previously by Amber Chia, Ann Othman's very first fighting gloves and many other personal items for reasonable prices.

(By reasonable, we mean between RM50 and a few hundreds)

And remember: the money you spent on these items will go to charity, so please don't haggle so much, OK?

Fancy owning Ann Osman's match shirt?
Imagine owning something that's served such amazing athletes and personalities, especially if you aspire to be as great as them!

You don't even have to spend thousands on the items - which is often the case when things belonging to famous people go on sale.

The campaign, called #MYLocalWira, has already kicked off and will be ongoing till 31 August.

You can raid Amber Chia's closet.
So far, we only see items donated by Ann Othman, Amber Chia and Leona Chin on the app, but more will be revealed each week, so do remember to check in from time to time!

The items are limited (obviously), so hurry! Not only will you own something cool, you'll also be helping single parents as all proceeds goes to non-governmental organisation Parents Without Partners.

Carousel Malaysia country manager Tang Siew Wai said with the #MYLocalWira campaign, the organisation is working with prominent individuals to sell their preloved items on Carousell in a generous act of ‘giving back’ to the Malaysian public who have supported them for years.

"We also expect that fans will find it very meaningful to acquire a personal item that has played a role in their hero’s career.

"With #MYLocalWira, we honour the Malaysians who make us proud, and hope their shining example will inspire others to do great things," he said in a statment.

You can find the pre-loved items here or via the Carousell app; every purchase will support Malaysians in need.
