Zoo Melaka Is Offering Limited RM10 Night Safari Tickets This Saturday!

There's something special about visiting places like the zoo at night. Maybe it's the cooler weather, the quieter surroundings, or the chance to observe nocturnal animals during their most active hours that makes the experience feel both unique and memorable.

If you've always wanted to experience it for yourself, this weekend might be the perfect opportunity.

Zoo Melaka is once again bringing back its popular Night Safari this Saturday, 1 August. The event is part of its 'Bila Larut Malam' programme, which takes place on the first Saturday of every month, making the experience even more exclusive.

Tickets are priced at just RM10 per person, with Malaysians required to present their MyKad or identification card (IC) to enjoy the special rate. However, do note that the RM10 ticket offer is limited to the first 1,200 visitors.

The Night Safari at Zoo Melaka will run from 8 PM to 11 PM, with the ticket counter closing at 10:30 PM.

Additionally, visitors can enjoy free admission to the Night Safari by coming in full traditional Melaka ethnic attire.

As of 2026, Zoo Melaka is home to more than 1,000 animals, including iconic species such as the Malayan tiger, African white lion, Asian elephant, and Malayan tapir. The zoo also houses a wide variety of birds, including macaws, ostriches, and southern cassowaries.
