For a long time, people living close to the Himalayan mountains could not get a clear view of the beauty because of a thick curtain of pollution.

Now, due to less movement (because of the COVID-19 outbreak and lockdowns in the area), the mountains are fully visible for all to see and admire from as far as 200km away.

The 21-day lockdown imposed in India has drastically reduced pollution throughout the country.

For those living near the Himalayas, it is a sight that they have not seen in the last three decades!

Breathtaking views

Malay Mail reported that Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh posted a picture of the mountain that’s visible from his rooftop saying that he could never have imagined that such a view was possible.
