People in Kampar, Perak have been living in the glorious green zone for some time now but numbers of positive COVID-19 cases have also been increasing there.

According to the Ministry of Health (MOH), as of 12pm, April 13, Kampar was the latest area to be labelled a yellow zone.

A yellow zone means an area which has recorded between 1 to 20 cases.

Kampar has two confirmed cases now.

Only three other areas remain as green zones or COVID-19 free zones in the country.

They are Yan in Kedah, Machang in Kelantan and Hulu Terengganu in Terengganu.

Red zone alert

As for red zones, Lembah Pantai still has the most number of recorded cases in the country.

If you're living in a red zone area, do be additionally vigilant. The third phase of the MCO starts tomorrow.

Authorities are no longer going to be so lenient.

Anyway, even without police presense, we should ensure that we follow all the regulations.
