Lucky M’sian Fan Gets Free Tickets from Bruno Mars Himself for His Sold-Out KL Concert

Imagine getting free tickets to this popular concert. However, one lucky Malaysian fan not only got her tickets completely free of charge, she got them from the man himself! TikTok user Xuan, or @heyyitsxuann, shared her story of meeting Bruno Mars at KLCC. She wrote, “He was lining up for juice in front of me and I thought they looked so alike, but he had a mask on.” Luckily for her, he turned and noticed her, and she went over.

Xuan said she spoke to him for four minutes, “and we talked about the fact that I didn’t get to secure tickets on (the website) because it was fully sold-out and the rest were too expensive.”

Ticket prices started at RM298, but the prices for CAT1 were RM1288, while the Gold VIP Package (which included VIP Merchandise, Laminate, Lanyard, and Priority Merchandise Queue) went for a mind-boggling RM1888.

Xuan said Bruno told her not to worry and that he could get her two tickets. His staff member with him asked for her name and told her to show the picture (above, left) to the staff on concert day.

When they arrived at the stadium, Xuan said, “We asked so many staff, but they didn’t know how to help us because we had no e-ticket until we found a counter to redeem our tickets.” They then asked for her name and number of attendees and gave Xuan her printed tickets. She said that she had no idea which seat to expect.

Xuan excitedly discovered that she had received CAT1 tickets worth RM2,576 for the two of them. Phew! That’s a whole month’s salary for some folks.

She was also delighted that her seats were in the middle of the row, right behind the VVIP row.

It seems that Xuan had the experience of a lifetime and said she had used up her whole life’s quota of luck!
