A local man found himself in hot water after getting trapped on a concrete pillar along the MRT track in Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI).
In a video that has since gone viral, the man can be seen lying in a narrow gap between the concrete structures, wearing only a pair of shorts.

Comments under the video claimed that the trapped man had called out to passersby for help before someone alerted emergency services.
According to Harian Metro, the 30-year-old individual was suspected of being involved in cable theft.
He was eventually rescued by a team from the Sri Hartamas Fire and Rescue Station and later handed over to the police for further action.
