eTravel Fair (eTF) is a digital travel fair that is brought to you by ASTRO.
Throughout the fair, selected reputable and acclaimed agencies will be offering almost 200 packages that covers 11 regions and over 30 countries. These packages are only available online via the eTF website, where visitors can make their own comparisons before booking their chosen packages immediately directly with the agencies, all in the comfort of their own homes via their laptops or phones.
eTravel Fair is also supported by a digital and TV campaign on selected ASTRO channels like Ria and GEMPAK, where various content and coverage such as curated shows, contests, articles and reviews await!

2. What is the difference between eTravelFair and other travel fairs out there, e.g. MATTA Fair?
a. The main difference is that we are exclusively online, giving everyone in Malaysia the chance to purchase these amazing deals on travel packages, no matter where they are.
3. Are your travel packages cheaper than other travel fairs?
a. As we are merely a listing site, the travel packages are provided solely under the discretion of the travel agencies. We have tried our best to list the most valuable travel packages from our partners, however there might be differences compared to other travel fairs.

6. I really like one of the packages, do I make payment to www.etravelfair.com.my ?
a. The travel packages are listed and provided by the respective travel agency. No confirmation or transaction will be done on www.etravelfair.com.my. Bookings and payments will be done directly to the respective travel agencies.
7. Can I trust the travel agency that is listed on your site?
a. www.etravelfair.com.my has taken precautionary steps to work with only reputable travel agencies. We have also taken preliminary measures to filter the travel agencies by asking them to provide their company profile, company details and also cross-checked their company with the Ministry of Tourism, Art and Culture (MOTAC).
8. If I have any issue with the package, will you be held responsible?
a. As per our terms and conditions listed in the travel listings available on www.etravelfair.com.my , we shall not be held responsible at any cost for any failure by the travel agencies in fulfilling their services.
