Let’s be frank: no one likes sleeping on a plane unless you’re in business or first class. The space can be small and suffocating, with little to no space to move your seat down. However, Tiong Nam Group is keen on redefining that experience and giving you an out-of-this-world aviation experience with their upcoming attraction, 1975 AVENUE & HOTEL

As if JB isn’t already a hub for luxurious stays, Tiong Nam launched 1975 AVENUE & HOTEL, which is located in Kempas, easily accessible via expressways including the North-South Highway, Tebrau and Senai-Desaru.
Interestingly, the hotel placed two actual Boeing 747s on its grounds for you to explore and take pictures with!

From the perspective of a person who loves everything aviation and even teared up when the pilot welcomes Malaysians home during touch down, the idea of an aviation-themed hotel sounded exciting to us, but of course, we couldn’t help but wonder how the rooms are going to be. Will we sleep in the cockpit? Or on those uncomfortable seats?

No, fam. These are only a few pictures of what the rooms look like and they are stunning. I can already smell the soft, warm blankets just by looking at the photos. According to them, you can pay for ‘first-class’ stays on their custom-crafted plans. Wow!

To make things even more exciting, this hotel features a beautiful man-made beach surrounded by a resort-style garden, so you can get your sunscreen on and just relax on the hotel grounds.

Since it’s located in Kempas, and there aren’t many exquisite F&B spots in the area (please prove us wrong), the hotel also offers a variety of international gourmet dining including authentic Japanese omakase, poolside cafe/bistro, pop-up restaurants and more.

The hotel is slated to open in 2023 and we can’t wait to try out its first-class amenities!
