Well if you answered yes, chances are the Hari Raya vibe has taken over you!
We’re exactly a week from the most celebrated festive season in Malaysia, and by now, many of you have completed most of your Raya preperations.
Some may opt to go out and brave the sea of humans at bazaars and shopping malls to do some Raya shopping while others prefer doing so from the comfort of their own home behind their laptops or smartphones.

If we were to ask anyone out there what do Malaysians shop the most during Ramadan, a majority of you would definitely answer baju raya.
Well guess what, it turns out that baju raya isn’t the most shopped item during this year’s festive season.
According to a report by iPrice Malaysia, most Malaysians are actually looking for… *drum roll* flight tickets!

59% of Malaysians searched for airline ticket promotions, 35% searched for shopping, and 3% searched for internet service and automotive respectively.
Well, this makes sense as a lot of Malaysians are looking for the cheapest deals to go back to their hometown to celebrate Hari Raya.
No point of buying pretty raya clothes if you can't go back and celebrate it with your family, right?
Baju raya is still a popular and highly sought after item online and in case you’re wondering which brands are the most coveted this year, it’s Naelofar Hijab and Fashion Valet!

Although Fashion Valet is predominantly popular throughout Malaysia, Naelofar Hijab reigns supreme for having the highest search volume in Malaysia.
Amazing, isn’t it? Two female business moguls and Forbes under 30 alumni are dominating your shopping carts this year.
Interestingly, more people are also doing their online raya shopping during sahur, with a 105% online traffic increase compared to last year.

So guys, what did you purchase online in order to prepare for Hari Raya this year? Did you shop during sahur as well?
