An Indonesian street food vendor has proved this.

According to a report in Mothership, Singapore, Dartadi had injured his left hand three years ago.

As such, he wasn’t able to cook big portions of fried rice like he usually can do because it requires him to use both hands to do so.

Not hampered by the injury, he decided to put together a machine that could help him out with his cooking.

The machine looks like a metal hand with blades attached and all Dartadi had to do is to throw in required ingredients into the wok while letting the machine does the stir-frying job.

The automated fried rice robot’s action was caught on camera by Tiktok user M Soleh @revan.z22 .

He shared a video of Dartadi cooking fried rice in his stall by stir-frying the rice using his right hand, while the robot helped to mix the rice.

Thanks to social media posts like Soleh’s, Dartadi’s stall has been seeing more traffic than usual.
