Sports memorabilia, especially game-worn jerseys or any articles of clothing, are holy grails for sports fans.

Fans would go crazy -- and not to mention pay big money -- to own anything worn by their favourite sportsperson.

If you're a huge fan of basketball Michael Jordan, this is your chance to own something intimate once belonged to him.

One-of-a-kind collectible

The piece was put on sale by one of Jordan's personal bodyguard.
A piece of used underwear belonging to the Chicago Bulls superstar has been put up for auction, Bleacher Report reported.

According to Lelands Auction, the piece of clothing was worn "regularly" by Jordan himself during his playing days.

The one-of-a-kind collector's item came courtesy of John Michael Wozniak, Jordan's own personal bodyguard, who had received several clothing items from the basketball star over the years.

Wozniak's estate has now decided to put Jordan's underwear/compression shorts up for auction.

Lelands Auction states that the garment include a dry cleaning tag inside with the last name 'Wozniak' attached to it.

To assure you that it's not Wozniak's own underwear, the briefs even bears a tag that says 'Michael Jordan' on the inside, as well as the iconic last name on the waistband.
