To add to the netizens' amusement, the monkey, which looked confused, seemed mostly compliant with the staff member's direction to exit the airport.
According to a report, the monkey was one of at least two macaques spotted wandering around the Changi Airport Terminal 2 Departure Hall at around 2 pm on December 3rd.
Meanwhile, TikTok users have a lot of things to say about the incident. While most praised the staff member for her calm demeanour and hospitality, others couldn't help but poke fun at the situation.
The monkey had already booked a ticket to Phuket. He just forgot to put on some clothes,” commented another user.
