You need to be strong physically , mentally & psychologically to face these challenges . Here are some tips ... 1. Keep yourself occupied List down things that keeps you busy and entertained . Things that you always wanted to do but never had the time . 2. Be with your loved ones Encourage and support each other during these times . 3. Continue with your daily schedule Don’t just lay in the house doing nothing . Wake up early , shower , breakfast .... just like any other working day 4. Communicate with others Knowing your friends and loved ones are doing okay does help . 5. Learn something new Cook new recipes , do puzzles , fix anything that is broken in the house - anything that keeps your mind off 6. Be creative For those with children , this is the time to bond with them doing things together . 7. Read a book Surely there’s a book or novel which you always wanted to read but never have the time . 8. Stay healthy Continue doing exercises even if it’s just 20 minutes a day . Find a small corner to do them . 9. Eat right Try to stay away from those munchies . Boredom tends to make one eats and eats continuously. 10. Get help Self isolation for a period of time could lead to depression . Get connected to your family and loved ones expressing how you feel . These MCO could extend for a longer period .
