Marvel’s ‘Avengers: Endgame’ took the world and box-office by storm, breaching the USD2 billion mark in just 11 days, beating out ‘Titanic’ and rapidly closing in on James Cameron’s ‘Avatar’, which made USD2.788 billion (RM11.56 billion).

The movie of the decade became one of the most-talked most movies of all time and has raked in USD2.2 billion (RM9.1 billion) so far.

You could say that between 'Avatar' and 'Avengers: Endgame', the movie studios are swimming in dollar bills. Besides making more than USD2 billion each, both films share something else in common: Zoe Saldana.

Ageing gracefully.
Whether you realised it or not, the 40-year-old actress is the only person in cinematic history to star in two of the most successful movies of all time.

‘Avatar’ came out in 2009 while ‘Endgame’ premiered this year, so we guess Saldana has been laughing her way to the bank for 10 years now.

Many fans congratulated the ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ star and joked that the key to success at the box office is to cast her as “a coloured alien”.

Besides the Marvel Cinematic Universe and 'Avatar' franchise, she also starred in another successful franchise – ‘Star Trek’.

The award-winning actress appeared in ‘Star Trek’ (2009), ‘Star Trek: Into Darkness’ (2013), and ‘Star Trek Beyond’ (2016), which all did quite well at the box office.

She should be queen of the galaxy too!
Saldana is currently filming ‘Avatar 2’ and ‘Avatar 3’, which will be released on 18 December 2020 and 17 December 2021 respectively. Also, she might still appear in 'Guardians Of The Galaxy 3', so it's safe to say that Saldana is definitely going to be one of the most profitable stars for years to come.

Well, you’re on your way to making history if ‘Endgame’ manages to surpass ‘Avatar’. Congrats, Zoe!
