The fashion brand that is known for its comfortable clothing will be opening the store that comes with its own car park in Damansara Avenue, Sri Damansara.
No need to go to a mall if you want to shop at Uniqlo
If you just want to shop at Uniqlo and don't want to go through the hassle of looking for a parking at a shopping mall and walking hundreds of metres just to get to the store and back to the car, this new outlet would be the perfect place for you to shop at.
"This UNIQLO store will be a roadside, community-based store in Bandar Sri Damansara, surrounded by residential townships, schools and office buildings.
"It has been carefully designed to ensure enough space and accessibility for all, including families with children, elderly people and people with disability, and will feature its own car park for our customers," Uniqlo said in a statement on its Facebook page.
The roadside store marks the brand's 10th year anniversary in Malaysia.
It is only the fifth roadside store in the world, and third in Asia for the brand. Uniqlo's first roadside store was opened in Japan in 1985.
