Father of 3 Arrested After Caught Allegedly Taking Upskirt Video of High School Student

The footage shows the suspect dressed in black was standing behind the victim at the counter. At the time, the victim, who was wearing a school uniform, was making payment with her mother.

The suspect was seen playing with his phone for a while before he bent down with the phone in his hand, allegedly to record the inappropriate video of the victim. Thankfully, his action was thwarted when another customer at the store caught him red-handed.

When confronted, the suspect immediately left the store after denying his action.

The police have arrested the suspect

In another report, PDRM has confirmed that they have made an arrest of the 48-year-old suspect.

A preliminary investigation revealed he was a widower with three children and was working as a security guard. The suspect also did not have any prior criminal record.

The arrest was made after the police had received a report regarding the case from the victim's mother. The suspect is currently held on remand, and the case is being investigated under Section 15(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017.
