Residents in a Kampar housing area were left shocked after witnessing a man casually exposing his private parts while riding a motorcycle.
According to a report by Oriental Daily, the indecent act was captured on a nearby home's CCTV. It is understood that the housing area is primarily rented by students from a nearby university.

Photos of the incident have recently gone viral on social media, showing the man seated on his motorcycle with his pants pulled down to his knees, fully exposing his genitals.

In one of the photos, a woman is seen fleeing the scene in terror, presumably after witnessing the act.
Kampar Police Chief Supt Mohamad Nazri Daud confirmed that a police report has been lodged and investigations are underway. He also urged students in the area, especially female residents, to remain vigilant.
