Man Caught on CCTV Stealing Women's Underwear from Apartment in Penang

Recently, a man was captured on camera stealing two pairs of women's underwear from a high-rise residential unit in Penang. The incident has since caught the attention of state assemblyman Teh Lai Heng, who shared the video on his social media.

It is understood that the incident took place on May 23 (Friday) at around 4 am.

The video shows a man clad in a blue jacket, dark trousers, and a hat climbing over a wall to reach into the clothes-drying area of a residential unit at The Rise 1 Apartment.

In less than a minute, the man grabbed the two undergarments before fleeing the scene.

As of this writing, the perpetrator has yet to be identified. Teh has urged the public to come forward if they have any information regarding the case.
