We know, we know; you're aching to go visit a beach, or throw a picnic at one.

While you're kinda allowed to do so now (we're actually not sure, because the current SOPs are a little bit all over the place), you should stay away from this beach in Kelantan.

Jellyfish invasion

Bernama reported that the authorities have been forced to temporarily close down the Tok Bali Beach in Pasir Puteh because jellyfish presence has been detected in the area.

Pasir Puteh Civil Defence Force officer Nik Mohd Nor Nik Mat told the news agency that the decision was made after the discovery of two jellyfish carcasses.

The beach has been a popular swimming spot as of late, according to Nik, therefore the authorities have decided to shut down the beach so that swimmers wouldn't fall prey to the dangerous sea creatures.

Stay away from this beach, you guys.
Nik also added that the authorities are currently monitoring the beach area around the clock.

In case you're wondering, if you get stung by a jellyfish, you'll most like feel a burning, prickling sensation and stinging pain which requires immediate medical treatment.

So, guys, consider yourselves warned!
