Usually when you get a bad haircut, you just avoid going out as much as you can until your hair grows out or maybe get a hat or a wig.

A friend of ours even cried just to get it out of his system but eventually, you just have to get over it.

A woman in Thailand, however, got so pissed about her unsightly haircut that she decided to stab and kill her hairdresser!

What in the world??!!

According to a report by The Pattaya News, Araya Sra-On was seen walking into the hair salon around 9am last Thursday (3 September) and got into a heated argument with the 74-year-old owner.

Araya left the salon in a hurry not long after, and the owner’s daughter-in-law found the hairdresser's body covered in blood in the restroom with a fifteen-centimeter long gash on her neck.

Araya was caught after authorities nabbed her based on the CCTV footage from the hair salon.


The 22-year-old later admitted to killing the hairdresser because she was just unhappy with the haircut that she got.

What’s fishy is the fact that the hairdresser’s gold necklace, bracelet, and ring were also missing from the hair salon.


Police Colonel Phakphum Prapsiphum told the news portal that the police are not buying the accused's initial excuse, and they are now investigating whether it was a robbery cum murder case.

That's a pretty big plot twist there. Let's hope the Thai authorities will find the real answer to this puzzling murder case.
