It was barely four months ago we bid farewell to everyone's favourite Avenger, Iron Man.

'Avengers: Endgame' saw the directors killing off the titular character, played by the ever-charming Robert Downey Jr, in a bid to save the world against Thanos.

While Iron Man fans are still mourning his death, word has it that Tony Stark could soon make his way back on screen.

Entertainment website We Got This Covered reported that RDJ is in talks to reprise his role in a brand new Disney+ series.

If the report is to be believed, we could very well see Tony Stark appearing in the TV series titled 'Ironheart'.

Disney bosses are reportedly working on the story involving Riri Williams, a teenage genius who suits up as the next Iron Man in the comics.

Meet your new Iron-person.
However, there's a possibility that we won't physically see RDJ on screen, as the website reported that 54-year-old will very likely return in a voiceover capacity for Williams' Ironheart suit.

In other words, Tony Stark will be the new JARVIS.

In the comics, Williams took up the mantle for a coma-induced Tony Stark, and judging by how 'Spider-Man: Far From Home' put Stark's death front and center of the movie, it is perhaps the most logical step for RDJ to return as an AI.

That's not been an official word yet on the 'Ironheart' series, but RDJ did recently mention that he would love to see Riri Williams in the MCU.

What do you guys think? Yay or nay?
