Remember the cute story of a good boi that got hired as a salesperson by a car showroom in Brazil?


Now, a doggo in the Phillippines has found its calling as part of a security team too.

From stray to security guard

According to a report by the Inquirer, the stray doggo became an internet star when a video of him sneaking into the mall before being escorted out of the mall went viral online.

But now, the good boi is a pround member of the mall's security team.



In fact, he now even has a name: Dogdog.

Rico Bucan, one of the security guards who works at the mall, told the news portal that Dogdog grew up in the mall.

“Dogdog always joins us whenever we have our guard mounting,” Bucan was quoted as saying.

The security team did not mention what DogDog's responsibilities are, but we have a feeling that the good boi will take his role really seriously.


The video, which was uploaded by Facebook user Jan Mart Calimpong on 20 November, has now been shared more than 36,000 times on the social media site.
