Malaysian Netizens Turn Former PM Najib Into A Meme After Al Jazeera Drama

The internet is ruthless.

Unless you've been living under a rock, you would have probably seen or heard about our former PM Najib Razak's rather, umm, 'interesting' interview with Doha-based news site Al Jazeera.

The 65-year-old sat down with journalist Mary Ann Jolley for an hour of intense grilling about topics such as 1MDB, fugitive Jho Low, the mythical USD27mil (RM112.8) pink diamond and the murder cases of Altantuya Shaariibuu and Kevin Morais, among other things.

The grilling got a little bit too much for Najib and just twenty minutes in to the interview, a visibly irritated Najib stormed out of the interview, saying that Jolley "was not being fair" to him.

Barely a day after the interview was uploaded online, creative Malaysians, as usual, have already turned Najib's disastrous interview into memes.
