There will be road closures happening in the city again this weekend to make way for more fitness enthusiasts.

The Viper Tunnel Challenge 2018, organised by Asia's biggest sporting event series Viper Challenge, will be taking over roads surrounding the SMART Tunnel as well as the tunnel itself.

There will be a total of 4,000 participants taking part in this obstascle race.

Viper Challenge has gathered over 200,000 participants to tackle world-class obstacles.
According to a Bernama report, the roads will be closed from 11pm on Saturday (14 April) and reopened at 8am on Sunday (15 April).

So if you're planning on travelling into Kuala Lumpur this weekend, take note of the following road closures:Vehicles will be redirected to Jalan Davis, while the road in Kampung Pandan roundabout will remain open as usual.

But if you're confused with all the road closures that will be taking place, just avoid travelling by vehicles altogether and take the train.

For more information, you can visit the SMART website, Facebook, Twitter, or contact the toll-free line 1300-88-7188.

As for those who will be participating in the Viper Tunnel Challenge, we wish you the best of luck!
