The Viper Tunnel Challenge 2018, organised by Asia's biggest sporting event series Viper Challenge, will be taking over roads surrounding the SMART Tunnel as well as the tunnel itself.
There will be a total of 4,000 participants taking part in this obstascle race.
According to a Bernama report, the roads will be closed from 11pm on Saturday (14 April) and reopened at 8am on Sunday (15 April).
So if you're planning on travelling into Kuala Lumpur this weekend, take note of the following road closures:
- Jalan Imbi in front of Berjaya Times Square
- Entrance to Jalan Kampung Pandan from Jalan Imbi and Jalan Sultan Ismail
- Entrance to Jalan Kampung Pandan from Jalan Barat
- Entrance to Jalan Kampung Pandan from Jalan Changkat Thambi Dollah
- Entrance to Jalan Sultan Ismail from the Kampung Pandan roundabout
- Entrance to the ramp at Jalan Kampung Pandan from Jalan Perkasa heading to Jalan Sultan Ismail
But if you're confused with all the road closures that will be taking place, just avoid travelling by vehicles altogether and take the train.
