How many times have you watched the "Baby Shark" video on YouTube? You can lie and say you haven't, but chances are you've probably watched the video more than once before.

In fact, most of the world has probably watched the video by now.

All of us have contributed to the video garnering 7.06 billion views, making it the most viewed video on the platform.

To make the numbers look even more impressive, if you played the song back-to-back, that would mean that "Baby Shark" has been streamed continuously for 30,187 years.

Not too shabby for a kids song that was released in 2016.

Beating the competition

According to a report by BBC News, the video edged out the previous record holder "Despacito".

The report also mentioned that the South Korean company Pinkfong that came up with the video have earned about $5.2m (RM22 million) in YouTube streams alone.

Woah, that's a lot of money!
